Yes, we do stop accepting orders at a certain time. When referencing our hours of operation, we stop processing orders 45 minutes before closing. (For example, if we close at 8PM, the cut off time would be 7:15PM).

We do this to ensure that all drivers complete their deliveries while a staff member is still in the office. If there happens to be an issue with your order, you’d still have someone to contact without having to wait until the next day for the issue to be addressed/fixed. 

We currently only accept Cash or BTC for all delivery orders. Please have exact amount as drivers will not have change. If you do not have exact change, you can use the extra amount as credit towards your next order. You must let us know within 5 minutes of delivery if you would like credit or extra payment will be given to driver as a tip.

For local BTC orders, delivery donation must be paid in Cash. Please select the correct delivery option at checkout to ensure you are paying the correct amount in BTC.

For all shipped orders, we are currently only accepting Bitcoin.

No. We are delivery only . Sit back and relax while we bring your order directly to you. 

Yes. We can ship out orders directly to your door if you are a verified customer. Payment for shipping is Bitcoin only and the “Ship To Me” option must be selected when checking out. This option is currently available only to customers in the United States of America. 

All locations differ. Packages are mailed out as Priority shipping.

We cancel orders for various reasons. When placing a shipped order, please complete the verification process. Also, make sure that the Billing/Shipping address match and are accurate at checkout. 

Please follow all instructions when placing a Shipped order and paying with Bitcoin:

-Complete verification. Name on ID must match the name of person submitting order. 

-Billing/Shipping address must match

-Must be 21+

-Payment must be sent to the correct address

If any of the above are not completed properly, your order will be cancelled and only 50% of your BTC will be refunded.

Yes. Budz Delivery uses a third party for our deliveries. The rates for delivery range between $20-$40 depending on location, time of day, and urgency of delivery. All delivery fees go directly to the drivers. Drivers are not employees of Budz Delivery.

When you select “Pay With Bitcoin” and are taken to Coinbase Commerce to complete the payment and find out that you do not have enough funds in your wallet, don’t panic!

Simply head over to your Crypto wallet, add the funds necessary, then head back to our site.

Under My Account, go to Orders, and locate the most recent one that you are attempting. There should be a Pay button that you can select.

If you rather start over, simply click Cancel, and begin the checkout process again. 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in this situation. When sending funds to the wrong address, they become accessible only to the owner of that crypto wallet. We will not issue refunds.

For those of you that have never used Bitcoin before, please watch some tutorials before attempting to use it. Any mistake and your funds will go missing with no way of getting them back. We will not be responsible for any mistakes when using Bitcoin as payment.

No, you do not need a medical marijuana card to place an order. You only need to be 21+.

Creating an account with us is the best way for you to earn points and get FREEBIES! The more you use our services, the higher tier you gain. Expect random deals like free delivery, free items, BOGO’s, higher order limits, and more!

We accept any valid, non-expired government issued identification such as Drivers License or a Passport.

All of our Deliveries are given a 90 minute window to arrive. Your 90 minute window does not immediately begin when you place the order. One of our staff members will receive your order, confirm, and provide a total. Once the total is given, you’re on the clock! 

Keep in mind that things out of our control do happen: accidents, construction, detours, high order volume, weather, etc. The window is not a guarantee and we will advise you before delivery if the time frame is longer than expected. 

All of our Shipped orders are processed the same day if received before 3PM. Any orders that are received after 3PM will be processed the following day. 

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive periodic updates from your driver. They will let you know when they are headed your way and once again when they are 10 minutes away. Please be at your designated delivery location when the driver arrives.

For shipped orders, one of our staff members will send you your tracking info once the order has been dropped off to the courier service.

When your order is completed, you are given an estimated time of delivery. Please be at your designated delivery location when the driver arrives. If you are running late, let us know so that we can make necessary adjustments to the drivers route. Drivers are instructed to cancel the order and move on to the next customer after 5 minutes of no-response/no-show to keep our deliveries on time for all customers. Re-delivery will incur another delivery fee once order has been cancelled. Customers that “go ghost” at delivery will be flagged and unable to continue using our services. 

We strive to make your delivery experience as easy and punctual as possible. If the driver is running late, we will always advise with plenty of time. Driver delays can happen for many reasons:

  • Accidents on roadways
  • Stoppage due to train crossings, bridge crossings, etc.
  • Construction on roadways
  • Heavy traffic
  • Rush hour (4:30PM-6:30PM)
  • Low staffing

We will continue to try our best and ensure that the driver arrives within your given time frame.

No problem! We have a few locations in zone that can be utilized as meeting locations with our drivers. Keep in mind that since a driver still needs to be dispatched with your order, a delivery fee will still be added. If you would still like a driver to meet you at your location, a surcharge will be added on top of the original delivery fee based on distance. 

If an order is placed while we are closed and you are not verified, the order will be cancelled and you will need to complete the order again the following day during business hours, pending completion of verification. 

If you are verified, a staff member will reach out once we are in office to reschedule your delivery. 

Once you are verified and have used our service, you can begin to schedule deliveries before/after hours. After hour deliveries are not on demand like our Standard Delivery. 

After hour deliveries must be approved and can be scheduled one hour before opening and one hour after closing. Since we need to coordinate with the delivery company, before hours must be scheduled the day prior and after hours must be scheduled before closing. 

Yes! Drivers will kindly accept all tips. Tips can be given directly to the driver and Budz does not take any portion or percentage away from the driver. 

Yes. As long as you are not located on federal/government grounds, we can deliver almost anywhere. Keep in mind that drivers do not leave their vehicles. 

Customers must verify the contents of their order with the driver before the delivery is completed. If anything is incorrect or missing from the order, we must be notified immediately by the driver. Customers who refuse this procedure of verification will waive all liability to replace missing products upon departing with the driver.

Since payment is made in person with cash, your total will be adjusted to reflect the items that are currently in your possession. If we made the mistake of forgetting an item you ordered and you would like a redelivery with the missing items, we will send the order out with the next available driver and a waived delivery fee.
